Lead the full finance function covering business and cost controls, cash management, treasury, corporate finance, tax planning, budgeting, internal controls, and governance.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting performance, growth, and long-term sustainability.
Oversee financial operations across an integrated business with upstream, midstream, and downstream activities.
Drive efficiency through robust budgeting, cost control, and operational monitoring.
Manage group-level cash flow and working capital across multiple entities and geographies.
Lead investment evaluations, including capital expenditure reviews and IRR analysis.
Support corporate finance programs such as fundraising, M&A, due diligence, and deal execution.
Recommend and implement sustainable cross-border tax and legal entity structures.
Represent corporate office requirements while supporting business group strategies.
Strengthen finance organization capabilities and develop high-performing teams.
Provide long-term strategic financial planning and resource allocation guidance.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in large, complex organizations with multi-country exposure.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, directly partnering with business leaders.
Proven expertise in financial and management reporting, governance, and compliance.
Strong background in treasury, corporate finance, cross-border tax, and entity structuring.
Hands-on experience in controllership, banking relationships, and M&A transactions.
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance governance, operational needs, and long-term business objectives.
