Financial Data Analytics (Bank l 12-month contract)

Key Responsibilities:
1. BAU Support for MIS Reporting

• Perform monthly financial and cost variance analysis
• Generate and validate MIS reports for Cost Management and Group Support Units
• Extract, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources (financial ledgers, HR databases, procurement systems, etc.) to produce consolidated, management-ready outputs

2. Tableau Dashboard Development & Maintenance

• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards used in MIS reporting
• Develop new dashboards to meet evolving business requirements

3. Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation
• Implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in monthly reporting processes

Requirement:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or financial analytics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for working with data and understanding data lineage and process dependencies
• Experience in data engineering or process automation is a plus
