We are currently partnering a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence across Asia. As part of its continued growth and commitment to maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards, the firm is seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Manager to join its Singapore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee AML/CFT, sanctions, and financial crime compliance framework across APAC
- Manage client onboarding escalations, enhanced due diligence reviews, and high-risk customer assessments
- Oversee transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reviews, and regulatory reporting where required
- Investigate suspicious activities, monitor high-risk clients and transactions, and support STR filings
- Perform financial crime risk assessments and implement risk mitigation measures across the region
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of Financial Crime Compliance experience within banking or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery & corruption, and MAS regulatory requirements
- Experience handling high-risk client onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and suspicious activity investigations
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
