- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance related background with CA qualification
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of risk and controls standards, enterprise risk management and business process best practices required.
Job Description
- Maintain strong corporate governance by upholding a robust controls framework, including the implementation, testing, and remediation of business process controls where necessary.
- Build awareness and provide ongoing education across the territory to ensure control performers and owners clearly understand their responsibilities in executing and managing controls.
- Monitor, track, and drive remediation plans, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of identified deficiencies.
- Lead and manage ICFR activities, internal audits, corporate audits, and required remediation efforts to meet corporate and statutory obligations.
- Support new initiatives and projects by ensuring that key controls are embedded in business models and processes.
