Role Opportunity: Financial Controlling Manager (South Asia Hub)
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager to support the development of strategic business decisions and plans aimed at enhancing the organizational productivity, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Your Tasks
.Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and all levels of management on controlling matters
.Coordinate with the Shared Services team for month-end closing
.Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on all aspects, including general accounting, account reconciliation, and analysis.
.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis, narratives and recommendations for various stakeholders in a timely manner.
.Update the forecast report and cash flow for submission
.Assist with the annual budgeting process (AOP), mid-term planning and strategic planning to ensure that a comprehensive and accurate plan is prepared and submitted
.Support functions with the timely preparation and review of Business Case Applications (BCA), and follow up on post-BCA reviews.
.Implement and maintain all CRISP requirements, and coordinate and review internal control assessments in collaboration with relevant functions
.Review the ESG report to ensure its accuracy and completeness
.Support compliance-related activities and oversee adherence to global requirements
.Ensure that financial policies and procedures comply with audit requirements, global policies, and statutory regulations
.Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects including cross functional GEMBAs/First Choice
What You Bring
.Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
.Professional accountancy qualification (CPA, CA or equivalent)
.At least 4-5 years relevant experience in management accounting, financial accounting or cost management, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry
.Good communication and problem solving skills
.Inquisitive and analytical
.Proficient in Software skills especially Excel, Power BI and if possible, SAP and TM1.
