As a Financial Controller (SGX Listed), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the Group's financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SGX Catalist listing requirements, accounting standards, and corporate governance regulations.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, tax matters, and corporate disclosures, while liaising with auditors, sponsors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Develop and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance practices to safeguard the Group's operations and assets.

• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, working capital optimization, corporate financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial performance monitoring, and cost control initiatives to support business growth and profitability.

• Lead financial systems enhancement, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Partner with senior management and the Board to provide strategic financial insights, support business expansion plans, restructuring initiatives, and potential M&A activities.

• Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with SGX-listed company exposure.

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent certification.
