Financial Controller (Real Estate Development) - Singapore
CMIA Capital Partners, a Singapore-headquartered investment firm with a 25-year track record, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead finance for its flagship 1,300-hectare mixed township development in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group and project-level financial reporting, budgeting and cashflow.
- Lead finance for primary land development, JV structures and project financing.
- Establish controls, policies and systems for multi-entity, cross-border operations.
- Partner with senior management on capital raising, bank and investor reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance CA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years experience, with strong real estate development background, including primary land development.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore standards and Vietnam/project finance exposure an advantage.
- Hands-on, commercially minded, able to operate in a lean entrepreneurial set-up
