Responsibilities
- Manage consolidated and separate accounting across HQ and overseas entities
- Lead budgeting, planning, and performance management processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
- Oversee tax filing and payments with local tax authorities in each country, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
- Manage cash flow and balance sheet, including preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow reports.
- Support the implementation and stabilization of a new core financial system, including process alignment and post-implementation support.
- Provide financial and administrative support for HR-related functions as required.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- High level of ownership and accountability for end-to-end finance processes across multiple entities.
- Korean Language proficiency is a plus (to collaborate with HQ in South Korea).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable with cross-border financial reporting.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are beneficial but not mandatory.
