Role Overview

As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations across multiple entities within the group. You will lead consolidation efforts, ensure robust financial governance, and partner closely with the CFO and Finance Directors to deliver accurate reporting, strategic insights, and operational efficiency. This role demands a strong technical foundation in IFRS, compliance, and treasury, coupled with exposure to fundraising and international reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity group consolidation with timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure strong compliance, IFRS audit readiness, and statutory governance across jurisdictions.
• Strengthen treasury controls, cash flow management, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support CFO in fundraising, capital allocation, and investor relations.
• Align reporting with Nasdaq standards and global best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, risk management, and finance team capability.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation.
• Proven leadership in multi-entity environments experience in regional or group-level roles is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
