Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SGX Catalist listing rules, IFRS/SFRS standards, and corporate governance requirements.

• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, regulatory filings, and investor disclosures.

• Liaise with SGX sponsors, auditors, legal advisors, and regulators on reporting and compliance matters.

• Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance policies.

• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity management, corporate financing, and banking relationships.

• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and variance analysis, and implement cost control measures.

• Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure integrity of financial reporting.

• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and support business initiatives including restructuring, financing, and M&A activities.

Requirements

• CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management or leadership roles, preferably with SGX-listed company exposure

• Strong knowledge of SGX Catalist compliance, IFRS/SFRS standards, and corporate governance practices

• Experience managing auditors, regulators, and financial institutions

• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI)

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in treasury management, corporate restructuring, or M&A is an advantage
