Financial Controller

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsiblefor overseeing the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting and internal controls of the Company, while also playing a key role in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis to support businessdecision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/year-end closing, ensuring data integrity and accounting accuracy

- Review management reports, prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis

- Monitor project costing, progress claims, variations, and profitability

- Ensure compliance with GST, CPF, IRAS, ACRA and BCA requirements

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties

- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, procedures and internal guidelines

- Supervise and guide Finance staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalent

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory regulations

- Experience in project accounting and cost control

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work independently with strong leadership and multi-tasking skills

Remuneration:

From $8,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
