Role Description

The Mental Health Specialist will provide support and care to individuals dealing with mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, case management, delivering mental health care services, and offering crisis intervention when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, and the role requires collaboration with various teams to provide effective care for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and general Mental Health services
• Knowledge in Psychology and related practices
• Experience in Case Management and Crisis Intervention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in on-site settings
• Prior experience in a clinical or mental health-focused role is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
