Financial Analyst, Reporting & Analytics (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making across clinical and business functions

• Analyse key drivers including service codes, workload, NPR, and cost/ revenue trends

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis (ETL) to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reporting datasets

• Build dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking tools (P&L, IP/OP performance, OT margins, etc.)

• Support charge code creation and governance, ensuring alignment with service rules and financial accuracy

• Deliver regular financial and management reports with insights on trends, variances, and performance drivers

• Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and operational changes

• Drive automation and improvement of reporting processes using analytics tools and data visualisation platforms

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Computer Science or related discipline

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in finance/ financial analytics/ data analytics roles preferably within healthcare finance, operations, or revenue/ cost analysis environments

• Strong hands-on proficiency required in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau and Power BI

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large, complex datasets and financial logic

• Experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or data modelling

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Good stakeholder communication skills and ability to work across teams

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
