Role Overview

We are hiring Financial Analysts, FP&A professionals, and Certified Financial Planners. In this role, you will build budgets and forecasts, advise on personal finance, or support business financial decisions depending on the engagement. The ideal candidate has strong modeling skills, clear communication, and relevant certifications for advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Design financial models for scenario planning, fundraising, or M&A.

- Advise clients on retirement, investment, estate, or tax planning (advisory roles).

- Partner with executives to translate financial data into decisions.

- Present findings in dashboards, decks, and client reviews.

- Define and track key financial metrics and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or personal finance advisory.

- Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, metrics, and forecasting methods.

- Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA, CFP, MBA, or CPA certification.

- SaaS metrics experience (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR).

- BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.

- Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude).

- Fiduciary, tax, or estate planning credentials.
