About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Analyse revenue, costs, and profitability trends
- Develop financial models for business scenarios
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in audit and regulatory reporting requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional departments
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 25 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- CFA / ACCA certification (or pursuing)
- Experience in Banking / FinTech / Corporate Finance
- Familiarity with Singapore tax and regulatory environment
- Experience in FP&A functions
