Financial Analyst

This role reports to Manager (FP&A) to support assigned IHH SG business units financial operations, annual forecast and budget, reporting and analysis as well as business drive to jointly achieve budgeted PATMI.

Prepare weekly financial dashboard for entities assigned.

Prepare monthly reporting such as operational statistics report, in-depth monthly financial commentary and other management reports for entities assigned.

Partner with Business Units and support their ad-hoc data mining and financial analysis requests. Attends monthly operation meetings and support financial matters raised.

Support Business Unit Managers in establishing the yearly forecast and budget. Support Capex Budget review, perform detailed budget preparation and upload into various systems.

Perform financial evaluation on capital expenditure projects. Perform credit review to recommend credit limit for corporate credit limit applications.

Support new charge codes and cost centre creation/ maintenance in the financial systems.

Support reporting Manager with any other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Participate in process improvements / automation projects by doing data validation.

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent professional qualification.

1-2 years experience in similar position for Financial Analyst.

Experience in MNC or Healthcare Industry environment an advantage.
