FINANCIAL ANALYST

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS/SFRS.

• Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and performance evaluation.

• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Support ad-hoc financial projects and transformation initiatives (e.g., ESG reporting, digital finance tools).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., banking, fintech] is a plus.

• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
