about the job
- Support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems.
- Collaborate closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.
- Conducting forecasting, budgeting and variance analyses, profitability and feasibility assessements.
- Perform financial modelling to support business making decisions.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
- Relevant years of experience in a similar FP&A or analytical role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills in Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools would be highly desirable
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
- You preferably come from industries that are within logistics, travel retail, airlines.
