Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Are you a strategic FP&A professional with a passion for process improvement and a background in manufacturing We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional accounting, offering the opportunity to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation within a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  Lead the coordination, preparation, and analysis of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reports.
  Determine product standard costs and conduct in-depth variance analysis against actuals to provide actionable insights for management.
  Estimate and analyze costs for both existing and new products to support pricing and profitability decisions.

• Process Optimization & Digital Transformation:
  Identify, design, and implement process automation and improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of key finance processes.
  Collaborate with cross-functional business process owners to review systems, streamline workflows, and ensure robust internal controls and audit compliance.
  Leverage technology to drive standardization
