Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance Analyst to support our Technology Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, IT operations, and project management. You will play a key role in financial reporting, budget tracking, asset lifecycle management, and key finance technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and build financial models using advanced Excel functions to support accurate reporting and decision-making
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform budget tracking and financial planning
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records with high attention to detail and disciplined data management practices
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support project management office (PMO) activities in technology or banking projects by coordinating finance-related tasks and deliverables
- Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple finance-related tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate proactively with team members and stakeholders to drive continuous learning and improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm
- Familiarity with PMO support in technology or banking projects
- Internship experience relevant to finance or technology finance roles
