About the role

Finance Analyst (BI), APAC

The Finance Analyst (BI) plays a key role within the APAC finance team, supporting regional reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial insights, enhancing reporting processes, and developing dashboards and tools to support the APAC leadership team.

Working closely with country and regional finance teams, the role contributes to improving data transparency, streamlining reporting, and enabling better business performance management across the region

What You'll Do

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Prepare templates and assist in the submission of planning and forecast data into reporting systems
  • Develop and maintain standard financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, including performance insights and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with country finance teams to streamline forecasting models and reporting processes
  • Maintain financial systems and master data, including dashboards, access rights, and reporting structures
  • Support the APAC finance team on ad-hoc projects, including reporting enhancements and business presentations
  • Enable commercial teams with relevant data and insights to support decision making

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (data analytics exposure preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide business insights
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
