We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analysis Intern to support our research and outcome assessment processes. As part of the team, you'll assist in evaluating business performance, analyzing financial data, and contributing to internal research that informs our strategic decisions. Responsibilities:

. Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data across ongoing projects and initiatives.

. Support the preparation of financial models, reports, and performance dashboards to track outcomes and key metrics.

. Conduct research on industry benchmarks, valuation models, and financial trends relevant to FinTech and credit risk.

. Contribute to the internal financial assessment of product performance, R&D investments, and business strategies.

. Help ensure accurate documentation and presentation of financial insights for product development.

Qualifications:

. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

. Foundational knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles.

. Proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data analysis.

. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

. Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn in a startup environment.

. Interest in the FinTech sector, especially in areas like credit, risk, and data-driven decision-making
