Job Summary
You will advise individuals and families on insurance protection and wealth planning, delivering tailored solutions for life insurance, health coverage, savings, and investment-linked plans. You will build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, identify financial gaps, and recommend effective strategies to grow client wealth and your personal brand.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on comprehensive insurance and wealth planning solutions to protect assets and support financial growth
- Develop customized plans for life insurance, health coverage, savings, and investment-linked products to meet client needs
- Conduct regular client portfolio reviews to assess evolving financial goals and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify financial gaps through detailed client assessments and recommend appropriate wealth-building strategies
- Build and expand a personal client portfolio by establishing trust and delivering consistent value
- Cultivate a professional personal brand within the financial services industry to enhance client acquisition and retention
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability by embracing coaching and continuous learning in a dynamic environment
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse client profiles
Required competencies and certifications
- Meet minimum MAS regulatory requirements: Age 21 years and above
- Hold minimum educational qualifications: A Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, or Degree (any discipline)
- Possess Singaporean or Permanent Resident status as required for licensing
