Job Title: Financial Advisor (Insurance)

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time / Flexible

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Financial Advisor to provide tailored insurance and financial planning solutions. We adopt a consultative, needs-based approach, we do not believe in hard selling. Our focus is on building trust and delivering long-term value to clients.

As an independent financial advisory firm, we are not tied to any single insurer. You will have access to a curated panel of multiple insurers, giving you greater flexibility to recommend solutions that best fit clients needs, compared to being restricted to a single provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients financial needs, goals, and risk profiles

  • Recommend suitable insurance and financial products from a range of insurers

  • Develop personalized financial plans and review them regularly

  • Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust

  • Provide ongoing advisory and support, without aggressive sales tactics

  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and product knowledge

  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
