Role Description

We are seeking driven, client-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Adviser Representatives. In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through holistic advice, tailored wealth solutions, and long-term financial planning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building meaningful client relationships and developing a rewarding career in financial advisory.

Candidates who are not yet fully certified should be prepared to complete the required licensing examinations and training under the applicable regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised financial advice across insurance, investment, retirement, and education planning.

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients, including mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals.

• Develop long-term client relationships through regular reviews and a high standard of service.

• Understand clients financial priorities and recommend suitable wealth protection and accumulation strategies.

• Stay up to date with market developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and licensing requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong focus on results.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is a plus.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) will have an added advantage. Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training and support will be provided.
