Job Summary
Manage full-set accounting and administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth office operations supporting ERI Group's compliance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage full set of company accounts including accounts payable (AP), accounts ledger (AL), and general ledger (GL) to ensure accurate month-end closings
- Compile and submit quarterly GST returns for ESS & EAS and prepare annual tax filings in compliance with IRAS regulations
- Monitor supplier invoices, verify payment status, and maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems
- Perform invoicing data analysis, inspect bank transactions, manage intercompany transactions, and conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Execute general administrative duties including managing office correspondence, courier handling, scanning, data entry, and office rental coordination by liaising with management and landlords
- Verify and process employee claims for disbursement to ensure compliance with company policies
- Calculate and prepare CPF contributions and payroll including commissions for staff to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Maintain HR documents including recruitment records, staff files, attendance sheets, and leave records to support workforce management
- Arrange meetings, events, and visitor reception with registration to facilitate smooth office operations
- Manage work pass applications and renewals (Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) for staff as required, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
- Perform additional tasks as authorized by the General Manager to support business operations
