Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, assets, liabilities, and other accounting activities.
- Support revenue accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Review and maintain billing and financial data, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare accounting reports, reconciliations, procedural documentation, and financial analyses within established timelines.
- Assist in quarterly reporting and support audit requirements where applicable.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing accounting expertise and financial insights.
- Develop, document, and enhance accounting processes and internal controls while supporting implementation of new initiatives.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing on financial processes and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
