Job Description

  • Prepare full set of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Report, Cash Flow Report, Accounts Payable and Accounts
  • Handled full-set accounting functions, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end closing activities,
  • Managed expense, sale invoices, purchase invoices, accrued, budgeting forecast and handled related insurance matters.
  • Reviewed project budget forecasts and financial analysis, invoices, progress claim, BQ and calculated the quotation,
  • project material inventory control timely.
  • Supervised project materials reconciliation, fixed assets record and wages and salaries and operation in
  • administrative related ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Monthly closing and annual reports, including accruals and prepayments, ensuring timely
  • Financial records and reporting.
  • Performed end-to-end AP, AR processes, including tax invoice issuance, debt collection, credit control and insurance
  • Prepared and processed POs, Goods Received Notes and supplier invoices while performing monthly reconciliations,
  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees, income tax and leaves.
  • Maintained the Fixed Asset Register, secure filing systems for financial, legal, and administrative records and managed
  • office administration, meeting coordination, vendor communication, and audit support.
