Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including P&L, balance sheet review, variance analysis, and reconciliation approvals.
Resolve open items and issues during close cycles by coordinating with outsourced vendors (e.g., Accenture, KL-based).
Review and manage work performed by BPOs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support finance management on ad hoc projects or analysis.
Contribute to the design and rollout of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes.
