The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, to hire Finance Transformation Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide Finance transformation initiatives with a primary focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role will drive strategic alignment, governance, and business readiness across Finance, Procurement, IT, and implementation partners to deliver impactful business outcomes.
- 1 year contract (Able to convert/renew)
- Salary: Up to SGD 10k (Subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance transformation, program/project management, or business process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience working with ERP, finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive change management and deliver results in a complex, matrix environment.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs from planning through execution, implementation, and value realization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across finance operations, with a primary focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, governance, and resource requirements.
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives, governance requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technology partners to drive successful delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and business impact.
- Lead change management activities, including communications, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational readiness.
- Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
