JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play an active role in the ongoing OneStream implementation project, contributing to system integration efforts and supporting process enhancements.
- Oversee OneStream-related consolidation tasks, including gathering reporting packages, reviewing financial submissions from subsidiaries, preparing elimination and adjustment entries, and working closely with subsidiary finance teams to ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance group-wide consolidation activities, improving accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Assist in the separation of business units by preparing BU-specific trial balances within the consolidation system and performing business unit-level consolidation.
- Support the OneStream rollout to enable accurate management reporting, playing a key role in the FP&A transformation journey and strengthening financial processes.
- Promote a strong team culture focused on technical excellence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across functions.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and global accounting and consolidation standards.
- Proven experience in consolidation accounting within multinational organizations.
Hands-on experience with EPM systems such as OneStream, and proficiency in SAP.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to high performance.
- Experience in financial system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
