Opportunity
This is a high exposure role for a commercially minded analyst who wants to sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and executive decision making. As part of the Group Strategy team, you will work closely with senior executives, external investors, and business leaders to help shape how the Group measures performance, allocates capital, and sets strategic direction across multiple markets.
The role combines core management reporting responsibilities with hands on involvement in external stakeholder management and strategic initiatives, enabling the development of both technical capability and strategic judgement early in your career.
Role Scope
Management Reporting & Business Insight (70%)
Own and prepare financial and operational reporting for executive leadership and external investors
Analyse business performance, identify key drivers and trends, and translate insights into strategic focus areas for senior management
Contribute to the development of decision-oriented narratives for senior leadership
Support group wide performance deep dives, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive improvement and execute strategic initiatives
Investor relations (15%)
Support engagement with external investors and shareholders to enhance business understanding and performance discussions
Assist in the preparation of materials for investor updates and performance reporting
Coordinate investor conferences and shareholder events (held at least bi-annually), including preparation of materials and logistics
Strategy & Corporate Development (15%)
Support strategic projects including market analysis, business case development, and performance improvement projects
Provide analytical support on corporate development and corporate finance initiatives
Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business valuations
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience:
3-4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in accounting, audit, transaction services, FP&A, strategy, management consulting, or corporate finance
Strong accounting and finance foundation professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA) advantageous but not required
Ability to think beyond the numbers, understanding business drivers, trade-offs and strategic implications
High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and work at pace
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast paced, international environment, collaborating across geographies and cultures
Advanced Excel skills experience with financial modelling and presentation tools preferred
