Are you a detail-oriented and driven finance professional looking to be part of a dynamic and growing organization Unicity Singapore is seeking a full-time Finance Specialist to support our financial operations and ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Generate daily sales reports and perform reconciliations across local and overseas markets.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial health.
- Review and verify supplier invoices and staff claims prior to payment processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing in monthly payment cycles.
- Produce daily, monthly and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.
- Liaise with internal teams and intercompany departments on finance-related matters.
- Coordinate with external parties including auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretaries and statutory bodies.
- Participate in reviewing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience; prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, resourceful and proactive with a positive attitude.
Salary Range for this role is from $3,800 to $4,000. This is an Associate level role that is a 5 Day Work Week and On-Site at our office in Suntec City.
