As part of their accelerated growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual to be part of their finance team as a Finance Specialist.

about the job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be hands-on with the full spectrum of financial operations, including AP, AR, GL and statutory and tax reporting matters for their Singapore operations, whilst being supported by outsourced service providers. You will support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities. You will drive subsequent insourcing of the finance operations alongside implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the second half of the year. As part of a growing business, you will continue to improve processes and establish best practices within the organisation. You are comfortable supporting the HR Manager on ad-hoc administrative matters.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be accounting qualified with at least 5 years of full sets of accounting experience, preferably in a lean team set up. Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. You are independent and comfortable being hands-on. .
