Reporting

. Review local and group reporting packages periodically.

. Preparation of IFRS 17 local reporting for Singapore.

. Prepare quarterly Assets Under Management (AUM) files.

. Prepare RBC 2 Forms, liaising with appointed actuaries as needed.

. Prepare additional MAS forms such as MAS 122, MAS 114, and MAS 109.

. Perform quarterly reinsurance calculations and address any queries from reinsurers.

. Conduct additional checks on fees calculated from the policy administration system to ensure accuracy.

. Assist in the custodian closing process when required.

Process Improvement andOperational Risk

. Identify and suggest areas for improvement in finance and accounting processes.

. Conduct regular assessments of financial procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Audit and Compliance

Respond to ad-hoc queries from auditors.
