Job Description
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Responsive and Adaptive Design, and Solution Architecture is suggested.
Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of application features to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate training sessions to empower team members and enhance their technical skills.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application configurations.
