Our client is a leading financial services group with a growing regional presence. They are looking to add to their Finance team. This is a Senior Associate/AVP role with the following responsibilities and requirements.
Project work Responsibilities:
- Engage with vendors / IT on requirements
- Conduct UAT testing together with team.
- Prepare User Guide
- Conduct tutorial to users
- Attend project meetings by product owners
- Update stakeholders on the project on an ongoing basis
Operational Work Responsibilities:
- Daily funds movement for CPF/SRS etc
- Fixed Deposit placements and roll over
- Daily System funds movement
- Interest rate maintenance and other product in system
- Preparation of memo etc for announcement
- Review 3rd payment /receipt
- Handle enquiries from trading representatives and external counterparties
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time eg : Queries from Compliance /Audit etc
- Investigate system issue
- Prepare internal and regulatory Reporting
- SOP: Draft/Update /Maintain/Annual review/rollout /Implement
- Approvals on payments to Fund House, clients and suppliers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong operational knowledge, familiar with front to back process flows.
- Strong system user, preferably those who had represented department for Product launches, UAT and system implementation etc
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently with good initiative, self-motivated and a team player
- Good attitude and good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill
