About the Role
We're a fast-growing global group of companies and need someone hands-on, sharp, and proactive to be part our Finance and Ops. From billing and payments to closing the books, you'll be at the heart of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Keep cash flowing: PO management, client invoicing, vendor payments, staff claims, and reconciliations
- Work with our outsourced accountants to close the books and prepare financial reports
- Solve problems, answer questions, and help teams get stuff done
- Streamline processes, templates, and systems as we scale
- Own and manage financial and operations docs and repositories
- Support audit processes (don't worry, we make it painless!)
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
- 3-5 years in finance/accounting/ops (more experience We can talk senior titles)
- Hands-on client billing experience is a must
- Comfortable with partial or full finance operations
- Strong grasp of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Detail-oriented, organized, and love solving problems
- Strong Excel skills Xero experience is a bonus
