Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, strong operationally and proactive Senior Executive, Treasury / Fund Settlement Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily fund settlement activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial controls that ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in system integration projects and audit coordination, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily fund settlement activities, including processing payables, employee expense reimbursements, and internal fund transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient account structure to support evolving business needs, ensuring all signatory authorities align with compliance policies and internal control standards.
  • Support system integration initiatives, such as host-to-host connectivity setup and maintenance, when required.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation is retained for all transactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to accounts and payables from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in annual audits by providing necessary documentation, coordinating with auditors, and collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies or fulfill audit requests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 35 years of relevant experience in cashiering, treasury operations, accounting, or financial administration. Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and payment systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
