Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and all-rounded Finance & Operations Manager to serve as a key member of our Singapore core management team. This role will oversee the full finance operations for two Singapore entities, while also taking charge of HR and administrative functions, and acting as a future leader for our overseas finance function. The ideal candidate must come from the FinTech / financial services industry, with the ability to ensure strong local compliance while supporting our global expansion in close coordination with China headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Spectrum Finance Management

  • Independently manage end-to-end finance operations for two Singapore entities, including GL, AP/AR, monthly and annual closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business decisions.

2. Cash & Treasury Management

  • Handle fund flows, intercompany transactions, cash allocation and reconciliation across Singapore, China, and overseas entities.
  • Monitor cash flow closely and provide timely treasury and liquidity reporting.

3. Audit & Tax Lead

  • Lead annual statutory audit and serve as the main contact with external auditors.
  • Ensure full tax compliance, including GST, corporate tax and withholding tax, with accurate and timely filings.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

  • Lead or support company licensing, qualifications and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain close working relationships with Singapore regulators and professional firms to ensure ongoing compliance.

5. HR & Administrative Management

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, CPF submissions, staff onboarding/offboarding, leave administration and employee records.
  • Support recruitment coordination, employment contract administration and basic HR policies.
  • Manage office administration, including vendors, facilities, insurance, corporate registrations and general office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of Singapore-based finance experience experience with FinTech companies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax and audit procedures.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate and collaborate with China headquarters, regulators and external partners.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and highly responsible, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Cheerful, open-minded, and people-oriented personality able to work across finance, HR and admin with different stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in FinTech, financial institutions, treasury/finance hubs will be a strong advantage.
