Job Description

ESGpedia is a fast-growing fintech company and we are looking for a Finance & Operations Intern to join our rapidly expanding company and change the world together with us.

During your internship, you will get hands-on experience in:

  • Financial reporting, cost tracking, accounting support, and record keeping
  • Assisting with financial insights and management reports
  • Back-office operations of a company, including basic administrative tasks, HR support, and finance assistance
  • Work closely with Supervisors and is expected to translate business assumptions into clear, logical, and defensible financial models.

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in activities such as, but not limited to:

  • Supporting preparation of monthly finance and cost reports
  • Assisting with invoice checks, expense claims, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining finance records, Excel trackers, and internal documentation
  • Assist in preparing financial insights and management reports
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Undergraduate of a recognized Polytechnic or University
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
  • Interest in finance, reporting, and office operations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, professional, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn
