- Work Location - Central Region
- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $6800
- Govt Agencies, 12 months contract
Job Scope:
- Support month-end closing, including cost allocations, accruals, and financial reporting
- Manage purchase orders, fixed assets, and resource tracking
- Act as first point of contact for finance operations queries and support stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting playbooks
Undertake ad-hoc analysis and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or related qualification
- Experience in finance operations, reporting, audit, or accounting roles
- Experience in technology, public sector, or large matrix organisations preferred
- Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with financial systems is a plus
