We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Executive to support financial reporting, operational processes, system improvements, and business analysis activities. We are looking for candidates with experience in FP&A, finance operations, accounting support, with strong analytical and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports and documentation
Banking & Administrative Support:
- Liaise with banks and vendors on operational and administrative matters
- Review and process vendor invoices and payment-related documentation
- Support internal stakeholders on finance and operational requests
- Handle vendor queries and follow up on outstanding matters
Operations & Process Improvement:
- Review and improve operational workflows and internal processes
- Support automation initiatives using Microsoft Office tools, Access, and VBA
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, reports, and procedures
- Participate in system enhancement and digitalization initiatives
Systems & Project Support:
- Assist in system implementation and enhancement projects
- Support user testing, data validation, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders during system upgrades and process changes
Customer Orders Management:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
- Ensure fulfilment timelines meet operational and platform requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
Risk, Compliance & Controls:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Support audit and documentation requirements
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial and operational records
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Candidates with FP&A, finance operations and accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Access, and VBA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
- Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
- Exposure to e-commerce or operational finance environments is an added advantage
