About the Role

CNRST Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and resourceful Finance & Operations Executive to support the company's financial, operational, IT coordination, and vendor management functions. This role is suited for an individual who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

Prepare and issue invoices, including Debit Notes (DN), Credit Notes (CN), and broking invoices

Maintain and manage invoice records via SharePoint

Perform commission reconciliation accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks

Operations

Provide administrative and operational support for FAR-related processes

Liaise with external stakeholders, including insurers and partners

Oversee general office administration, logistics, and supplies

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with key vendors, including IT provider, accountant, compliance support, and office services

Coordinate service requests and ensure timely delivery of vendor support

Monitor vendor performance and maintain proper documentation of agreements and services

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and/or operations role

Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks) is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Attributes

Experience in financial advisory, insurance, or brokerage environment

Basic understanding of Singapore GST and financial reporting requirements

Exposure to compliance and regulatory processes is an advantage

Other Information

Full-time position based in Singapore

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
