We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Night Shift Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities during the night shift
(7PM to 7AM). This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.
What you&aposll be doing:
- Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
- Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
- Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
- Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
What we&aposre looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools
- Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits
- Experience in finance or banking industry will be preferred
- Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
