Finance Officer

Job Description:

• Deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities to local sales team with finance advice in obtaining business, as well as options and scenarios for business decisions.
• Manage daily finance operations for the local office, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities
• Support the Country Head in KPI tracking, budget planning, and performance analysis, as well as prepare management reports to drive improvements in the local sales unit
• Provide finance training and guidance to team members to strengthen financial awareness and capabilities
• Liaise with Headquarters Finance on credit assessment, accounts receivable management, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely preparation of required documentation and compliance with audit requirements
• Handle local tax filings and resolve tax-related matters in accordance with regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior experience in audit, accounting advisory, and/or the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Oracle financial systems or equivalent ERP platforms
