The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our client's team. This critical role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the end to end accounts process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's full set of accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
• Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and cost management systems
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to management for business decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders on all financial matters
• Supervise a small accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Ensure all financial activities align with corporate objectives and support business growth
