Overview
A high-performance investment firm at the intersection of crypto and quantitative finance is seeking a top-tier Finance Manager. This role is suited for individuals with strong audit foundations or trading exposure who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to operate in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-set accounting and month-end close across multiple entities
- Prepare financial statements and manage year-end audit processes
- Oversee compliance, corporate secretarial matters, and MAS-related requirements
- Manage tax filings (SG & US), including GST submissions
- Handle treasury functions, bank reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination
Key Requirements
- Big 4 audit background (financial services/trading exposure preferred) OR in-house trading firm experience
- Proven high performer (candidates will be asked for performance ratings)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks
- Highly driven, self-starter with growth mindset
- Basic technical skills (e.g. Python/automation with AI) OR strong willingness to learn
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- CPA / ACCA (or final stage candidates welcome)
- Familiar with IFRS/SFRS
- Exposure to MAS regulations / fund environment is a plus
