About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager - Treasury & Investment (Part-Time) to focus on delivering strategic financial advice regarding tax, treasury, investment, and financing decisions. The ideal candidate is an individual contributor who knows how to tap into external networks (e.g., tax agents, legal advisors, bankers) to develop well-rounded financial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

* Treasury and Corporate Finance:

- Advise management on tax structuring, capital allocation, cash flow planning, investment evaluation, and financing strategies.

- Providing high-level advisory on fund routing, foreign exchange (FX) strategies, and payment infrastructure for Singapore and regional subsidiaries.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and support key decisions from a strategic perspective.

* Investment Financial Analysis & Support

- Oversee financial matters related to the company's external investment projects and portfolio companies.

- Conduct regular financial reviews, performance analysis, maintain investment ledgers, and track returns and dividend settlements.

* External Liaison & Resource Coordination

- Act as the sole point of contact for banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

- Engage and coordinate with external professional advisors to gather insights and formulate sound financial proposals.

* Financial Administration

- Support annual audits, due diligence, and other ad-hoc tasks.

- Ensure full-set accounting and tax compliance are completed accurately and on time.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 10 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, preferably within multinational or regional environments.
• Experience in PE/VCs, family offices, wealth management, or asset management is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards in Singapore.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively support collaboration with regional teams and handle bilingual business documentation
• Monthly retainer with flexible hours. Specific terms open to negotiation.
