As a Finance Manager within the APAC Deal Desk, you will be at the center of structuring and evaluating complex client incentive deals. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure deals are financially sound, strategically aligned, and designed to maximize long-term value.

- Strengthen partnerships by collaborating across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to bring deals to execution seamlessly
- Support innovation by contributing to best practices in deal structuring, pricing strategies, and incentive optimization
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in deal support, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and business case evaluation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and financial tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, business-partnering mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments with multiple priorities
